Brugge Tripel
Brugge Tripel is the city beer of Bruges, originally brewed by De Gouden Boom before Palm Corporation took over production in 2004. This golden triple at 8.7% ABV marries a full, sweet malt character with subtle herbal spice and a crisp hop finish.
The flavour opens immediately sweet and dense, with caramel and honey notes from the Palm yeast and carefully selected malts. Delicate fruit—apple, pear and peach—mingles with a refined spiciness. Hop bitterness builds gradually, leading to a dry, pleasant bitter aftertaste.
Despite its strength, the beer drinks remarkably balanced, revealing only the gentlest warmth in the finish.
