The Cuvée des Jacobins matures for at least 18 months in French cognac casks, developing a robust character with layered complexity. This Flemish sour ale balances tartness with malt sweetness. Aromas and flavours reveal dried cherries, vanilla and cocoa alongside woody undertones. The finish is sophisticated and lingering, with a clean, refreshing dryness.
