Gouden Carolus Easter is a seasonal strong blonde from Mechelen, brewed annually by Brouwerij Het Anker. At 10% ABV, this limited edition is enriched with an infusion of the brewery's own Gouden Carolus Single Malt Beer.

The beer presents a rich flavour profile: sweet malt and caramel notes transition into dried fruit and subtle spice. Hints of orange peel and anise add complexity, while the finish remains smooth and satisfying despite the higher alcohol content.
