The result is a complex, full-bodied beer at 11.7% ABV with a copper hue. The nose reveals dark stone fruit—plums, figs, dates—alongside molasses, vanilla and woody notes. On the palate, these elements align: rich dark fruit, caramel and oak form the core, supported by the warmth of elevated alcohol. The infusion adds depth without dominating.
