Sancti Adalberti Egmondse Witte is a German-style Weizen brewed by Brouwerij Egmond, the Netherlands' only Benedictine abbey beer. Traditionally brewed with organically cultivated ingredients, it features more than 50% wheat malt alongside barley malt and a third grain variety. Linden blossom is added during the brewing process, a signature element of the Egmond abbey beers. The aroma displays fruity notes of banana and citrus with yeasty, wheaten character. The palate is refreshingly fruity with balanced bitterness and good carbonation. A light, approachable beer that honours the abbey's centuries-old brewing heritage.
