This robust wheat beer is traditionally brewed with certified organic ingredients and linden blossom, a signature element of the Sancti Adalberti range rooted in the heritage of St Adelbert's Abbey. At 8% ABV, this Weizenbock develops rich fruity character with classic banana and spice notes typical of the style. The addition of linden blossom brings subtle floral depth to the profile.
