Vicaris Quinto is a golden blonde ale from Brouwerij Dilewyns, created to mark the twentieth anniversary of the Vicaris beer line. The name takes its cue from the Italian word for five – this being the fifth Vicaris expression. Vincent Dilewyns brews in the family tradition using only water, barley malt, hops and yeast. This beer balances a pleasant malty sweetness with subtle fruit character and a gentle bitter finish. Crisp and well-carbonated, it drinks with an easy, refreshing quality.
