This beer emerged from a distinctive experiment: a single 2000-litre batch of base beer was divided into five different fruity variants, a collaboration with Brouwerij Brouwersnös in Groenlo.
The beer presents with sweet and spicy character, balanced by bitter notes from malt, hops and yeast. The flavour is layered and intricate, with hints of liquorice leading to a dry finish. A farmhouse ale with personality and social spirit.
