This classic Belgian beer balances sweetness and bitterness with a refined harmony of flavour and colour. The nose displays fruity esters with distinct notes of prune and apple, complemented by malty undertones. On the palate, a full and complex character emerges with subtle spice and a pleasant hop bitterness that carries through the finish. The beer carries good body and offers surprising depth for its modest alcohol content.
