Manus is named after co-founder Manus Koot and represents the craft brewing philosophy of Brouwerij Dampegheest in Limmen, North Holland. This light, clear blonde ale undergoes bottle fermentation, developing natural carbonation and character. At 4.7% ABV, it is approachable and refreshing without heaviness. Brewed with attention to detail and Dutch ingredients where possible, Manus combines pilsner, wheat and oat malts with Northern Brewer and Spals Select hops. The result is a crisp, elegant beer that balances freshness with subtle complexity—brewed without pretence.
