D'n Draok Stout&Wild is a striking dark and sour ale from the artisanal Brouwerij D'n Draok in 's-Hertogenbosch. This Flemish brown emerged from an inventive approach: a single base batch of 2000 litres was split into five distinct fruity variants. The result is a beer with a refreshing tartness, layered with fruity notes and a subtle wine-like character. The brewery develops its own recipes and brews with its own kettles in Berlicum and Vught. Despite growing demand, D'n Draok remains committed to artisanal methods and sustainable brewing practices.
