Wiis Prater is a golden witbier from Brouwerij Bûsdoek in Surhuisterveen, brewed with wheat malt, oat flakes and a blend of Mosaic and Admiral hops. At 6.2% ABV, it delivers a fresh, fruity character enhanced by coriander and sweet orange peel. The name celebrates friendships from the 1990s reunited in 2018. Remarkably, a single base batch of 2000 litres yielded five distinct fruity variants—a testament to the brewers' craft and creativity.
