Brouwhoeve Stout is a robust dark beer of 6% ABV, brewed by Brouwhoeve in Benissa, Spain. Its deep brown colour comes from roasted malts that deliver a full, rich flavour. The glass reveals a complex aroma of roasted malt, coffee and bitter chocolate, with mild caramel undertones. This stout presents a full body with a silky texture. The palate balances roasted grain bitterness against sweet caramel notes, while coffee and chocolate tones lead the way. A hint of dark berries adds refinement to the finish. Brouwhoeve won gold for this stout in the Dark: Heavy Dark category at the Dutch Beer Challenge 2019.
