Avereest Malloot is an Imperial IPA brewed by Brouwerij Avereest in Dedemsvaart, a young craft brewery established in 2015 in the Reestdal region. This robust beer at 8.5% alcohol blends sweet malt aromas with fruity esters and hop bitterness. The pour reveals a light-coloured beer with full body and good presence. The nose offers caramel and malt character, joined by fruity notes of citrus, pineapple and melon. On the palate, fruity flavours take centre stage with hints of orange and mandarin, supported by a dry, blonde hop bitterness. The finish is dry and bitter, true to Imperial IPA form.
