Brouwerij Avereest's Lente Genot is a spring bock enriched with botanicals from the peatland landscape around the brewery. Elderflower, watermint and marsh spiraea combine to create a delicate interplay of bitter and sweet aromatics. The nose opens with soft malt and floral character, followed by subtle citrus and apricot notes. The palate brings sweetish malt forward alongside herbal minerality and a light, clean bitterness.
