Brothers in Law Hopfenweisse is a wheat beer from Utrecht, brewed by three brothers-in-law who pooled their combined brewing experience in 2017. This Weizen marries the classic fruity character of German wheat malts with a distinctive hop-forward profile. The brewery employs German wheat malts and a blend of hops—Magnum, Tradition and Mandarina Bavaria—that deliver citrus and floral notes. At 6% ABV and 18 IBU, it offers a refreshing thirst-quencher with fruity, grassy flavours and excellent drinkability. A natural pairing for light dishes, salads and white fish.
