Springbrink is a spring bock from Brink's Brouwerij in Apeldoorn, crafted with a touch of Springbank whiskey. This seasonal beer merges the full, malty character of a bock with an unexpected whiskey influence that subtly shapes the aroma and flavour. At 8.5% ABV, Springbrink delivers a warm, full body with hints of caramel and toasty malt. The whiskey addition lends the beer a lightly smoky, distinctive character that contrasts with the natural sweetness of the bock style. This beer is no longer in production at the brewery.
