Kromme Haring Fugu is a complex, dry saison from the Utrecht-based brewpub of the same name. This beer combines the spicy, fruity yeast character of their saison yeast blend with smoked malts and a refreshing bitter bite. The addition of yuzu, a Japanese citrus fruit, delivers the beer's distinctive lemon-like and tart aromatics. At 6.5% ABV, Fugu achieves a refined balance between flavour and drinkability.
