Dogma is an ambitious Scottish ale from BrewDog, built on more than ten different malts and blended with Scottish heather honey. At 7.8% ABV, it stands apart through unconventional additions: guarana, poppy seed and kola nut bring distinctive complexity to the palate.

The aroma leads with honey, caramel and roasted grain. On the palate, honey flavours dominate the full body, joined by herbal and bitter notes that develop through the mid-palate. The finish is smooth and surprisingly drinkable for an ale of this strength.
