Weiherer Hopfenweizen from Brauerei-Gasthof Kundmüller is a top-fermented Bavarian hopfenweizen with a distinctive hop character. Brewed with wheat, Pilsner and Cara Hell malts, this hazy wheat beer is dry-hopped with Polaris, Cascade and Citra varieties, lending it a light, lively profile where citrus and tropical fruit aromas lead. The result is a fruity, aromatic beer that balances malt sweetness with assertive hop notes. Fermentation takes four to seven days depending on yeast type. At 5.2% ABV and 11.9° Plato original gravity, the beer achieves equilibrium between malt character and hoppy freshness. A creamy white head and herbal, flowery dry-hop nose precede a slightly lingering, soft hop finish.
