This hefeweizen earned the world championship title at the 2018 World Beer Awards as the world's best Bavarian wheat beer. The beer balances sweet wheat malt with subtle spice. The nose opens with ripe banana and citrus notes, complemented by the characteristic clove and nutmeg of the style. The palate is soft and velvety, with crisp, lively carbonation that keeps the beer refreshing and approachable.
