Fagnes Triple is a Belgian tripel brewed by Brasserie des Fagnes, a Walloon brewery established in 1998 in Couvin-Mariembourg. Named after the Hautes-Fagnes, the highland region that straddles Belgium and Germany, this copper-coloured tripel is crafted with German Hallertau hops and a distinctive blend of spices: coriander, orange peel and liquorice. The nose reveals fruity, floral notes with citrus and subtle spice. On the palate, effervescent caramel maltiness meets a pronounced coriander character and hints of orchard fruit. The finish is dry and crisp, with lingering spice. At 9% ABV, it carries a gentle warming alcohol presence without dominating the profile.
