Gulpener Herfstbock is a seasonal bock from Limburg, brewed by family-owned Gulpener since 2002 (founded 1825). This beer is built in three layers using 100% local barley. You first taste the malty foundation, then chocolate and caramel notes, finishing with soft sweetness and gentle bitterness. Full body and smooth texture support the rich malt character. A layered, complex beer that rewards a walk through the autumn landscape.
