D'n Baron van Onsenoort is a Quadrupel from Stadsbrouwerij Tilburg, part of the Bende van de Witte Veer series. This strong beer at 10.5% ABV emerged from an ambitious brewing project: a single 2000-litre base brew was split into five distinct fruity variants, a collaboration between Stadsbrouwerij Tilburg and Brouwerij Brouwersnös from Groenlo. The name draws from Onsenoort castle in the Langstraat region, of which only a residential tower remains. This Quadrupel combines the characteristic depth of the style—dark, full-bodied and complex—with the playful fruity signature that defines this innovative brewing series.
