Colomba is a Witbier from Brasserie Pietra, a craft brewery in Corsica. This unfiltered wheat beer is brewed from a blend of barley and wheat malts, then infused with a delicate mixture of indigenous Corsican herbs: arbutus, myrtle and juniper harvested from the Maquis shrubland. The aroma is floral and herbal with bright citrus and coriander notes. On the palate, creamy wheat character combines with subtle sweetness and a touch of lemon zest. The finish is light and thirst-quenching, making it an ideal companion for warm weather at just 5% ABV. Colombà reflects Brasserie Pietra's commitment to terroir-driven brewing since 1996, when the founders set out to craft authentic beers rooted in Corsican ingredients and character.
