Melman Cassis is a light fruit beer from Melman Brouwerij in Breda, Netherlands, built on a witbier foundation. It blends a soft, spiced malt character with the intense flavour of blackcurrants. At just 3% ABV, it is an approachable beer that finishes with gentle sweetness. The brewery was established in 2021 as a contract brewer and developed Cassis as part of a series of fruit variants, all derived from a single base brew.
