Willem's Oranje from Brouwerij Het Paleisje is a festive witbier inspired by the Dutch Royal House. At 5.5% ABV, this lightly hazy beer displays a lively, almost champagne-like sparkle in the glass. The nose reveals gentle spices, coriander and citrus notes. On the palate, fresh and spicy components lead into subtle fruity undertones. The finish is pleasantly sweet with a light bitter edge of lemon peel and hop character. A refreshing wheat beer suited to celebratory occasions. Serve chilled at 6°C.
