This Weizen Doppelbock emerges from the brewery's signature two-mash brewing process, blending Pilsner, wheat, and Munich malts with a unique weizen ale yeast. At 8% ABV, it delivers unexpected smoothness for its strength and weight. The aroma carries the fruity character typical of wheat beer fermentation. On the palate, rich malt depth and warming alcohol are tempered by a clean, balanced finish. The body is full and substantial, yet drinks with surprising ease.
