Quintine Nature is an organic wheat beer from Brasserie des Légendes in Ellezelles, Belgium, named after Quintine, a woman executed in the village in 1610. The beer presents a hazy golden colour and delivers a refreshing, fruity character with pronounced hop presence. The palate is distinctly fruity with citrus notes and subtle malt undertones. A dry, lively finish gives the beer its thirst-quenching quality. At 5.9% ABV, it balances approachability with complexity, brewed entirely from certified organic malted barley, wheat and hops.
