Quintine Hercule is a commanding Belgian Stout at 9% ABV, brewed by Brasserie des Légendes in Wallonia. This brewery, founded in 2006 from a merger of two historic producers, operates from a restored castle and is renowned for its natural, craft-focused approach. Hercule strikes a confident balance between robust malt character and refined restraint. Roasted malt and coffee dominate the palate, complemented by dark fruit notes and brown sugar, yet the finish remains distinctly dry with only a whisper of sweetness. The beer carries considerable strength without heaviness. A classic Belgian Stout that demonstrates how power and sophistication need not be at odds.
