Maas Baas is a collaboration between Zuyd Craft in Maastricht and Brouwerij De Klep, two breweries separated by the Maas river but united by their craft beer ambition. This Hazy Spelt IPA is brewed with local Limburgse spelt, lending the beer a soft and velvety texture. Generous dry hopping delivers an explosion of tropical aromas and fruity character. American hops work alongside spelt malt to create a beer that is both crisp and full-flavoured. At 6.5% ABV, Maas Baas strikes a balanced note that honours the region's brewing heritage.
