Wispe Stroes Tripel hails from Weesp, a city whose brewing heritage stretches back to the 14th century. In 2009, three brothers—Jerrit, Jitze and Remko Vellenga—revived this tradition by establishing their own brewery. This tripel is crafted with multiple malt and hop varieties, creating a beer with genuine character. Soft malt flavours anchor the Stroes Tripel, balanced by a pleasant hop bitterness.
