Sátántangó from Van Moll is an ambitious barrel-aged strong blonde ale brewed in Eindhoven. This collaborative project was matured in Hungarian Tokaji wine casks alongside rum and bourbon barrels, layering the beer with aged fruit character and warming alcohol notes. Built on a base of pilsner and spelt malt and hopped with Columbus, the ale develops plum and fig notes supported by the full body imparted by its barrel maturation. At 10.2% ABV, it balances robust strength with refined complexity.
