The Sylvanus Blonde distinguishes itself through a full, rounded body and characteristic aromas of vanilla and clove, derived from carefully selected malts, hops and spices. The beer blends fruity citrus notes with a gentle spiced character and subtle wheat-like sweetness that contributes to its generous mouthfeel. The clear golden colour is crowned by a persistent white head. This is a balanced beer that drinks light and refreshing despite its 6.9% ABV. It earned bronze at the World Beer Awards in 2023.
