Stadsbrouwerij De Borghman crafts this autumn bock in Bredevoort, where brewing has flourished since 2015. The Herfstbok presents dark amber in colour, slightly hazy, with a fine cream-coloured head. On the nose, roasted malt, caramel and raisin emerge, rounded by liquorice undertones. The brewery commits exclusively to Achterhoek ingredients: hops from Hogenelst in Zieuwent, malt from Masterveld in Ratum-Winterswijk, and water from Bredevoort. This local foundation anchors the beer's authentic regional character.
