De Zomer van '64 is the third special release from Scheldebrouwerij in Meer, a Belgian blonde ale brewed with an unconventional grain bill. Six different grains go into this beer: barley, wheat, oats, rye, buckwheat and corn, rounded out with a touch of honey. This diverse malt foundation creates a complex, full-bodied base.

Belgian yeast brings subtle spice and fruit character to the fore, while the variety of malts shapes the flavour profile. The result is a refreshing, flavourful beer with a pleasant mouthfeel and enough complexity to engage the palate throughout.
