Salikatt Stavanger PÅSKE comes from the Norwegian brewery Salikatt in Stavanger, founded in 2017 by friends and family with a mission to be the best, not the biggest. The brewery famously built their own brewhouse from salvaged dairy tanks, teaching themselves through YouTube welding videos and brewing books. This IPA delivers a fresh, fruit-forward character with stone fruit, mandarin and citrus notes alongside floral and grassy aromas. A clean hop bitterness carries through the finish. At 6% ABV, it strikes an approachable balance—flavourful enough to satisfy hop enthusiasts, yet drinkable and unpretentious.
