Põhjala's Öö XO is a Cognac Barrel Aged Imperial Baltic Porter brewed in Tallinn, Estonia. 'Öö' means 'night' in Estonian—a nod to the dark winter nights of the Baltic north. This robust porter at 11.5% ABV spends months maturing in cognac casks, developing a silky texture and refined character.

The nose reveals dark malts, red fruits, and subtle cognac influence.
