Meckatzer Weiss-Gold is a pale lager brewed by Meckatzer Löwenbräu in Heimenkirch, Bavaria. Created to mark the brewery's 275th anniversary, it is known locally as the 'Sunday beer' for the harmony achieved in its composition. The nose presents noble hop aroma with lemony and sweet herbal notes. On the palate, crisp malt character unfolds with gentle honey sweetness, fleeting hints of citrus, honeydew melon and vanilla.
