Maasdorst Ipaardje is a West-Coast IPA from Noord-Brabant, brewed by Thijs de Winter in collaboration with Brouwerij Leurs. This is a full-bodied IPA with a pronounced citrus character derived from Amarillo, Columbus and Mosaic hops. At 6.7% ABV, it delivers assertive hop bitterness and the aromatic profiles typical of West-Coast IPA tradition. The Ipaardje strikes a balance between hop bite and malt backbone. Citrus-forward hops dominate both aroma and flavour, with a dry finish characteristic of the style.
