König Pilsener is an authentic German Pilsner from König-Brauerei in Duisburg, where brewing has taken place since 1858. The beer was developed around 1911 and became one of Germany's leading Pilsner brands. It is brewed with golden barley malt, aromatic hops and mineral-rich water using traditional methods. This is a full-bodied, well-balanced Pilsner with a delicately subtle overall impression. The taste reveals bread malt character and herbal notes, balanced by a pleasant bitter finish. The beer pours a bright golden colour and is best enjoyed at 6–8°C.
