PMPRNL from Biologische Brouwerij Jessenhofke in Kuringen is a blonde herbal beer with a subtle reddish hue. This distinctive brew is built on the Jessenhofke Tripel foundation and enriched with five additional botanicals: pimpernel, hyssop, thyme, and other herbs. The result is a complex, aromatic tripel with citrus notes and herbal character. The aroma presents fruity and herbal tones, drawing you in with citrus and earthy undertones. On the palate, it is dry and herbal, finishing with a persistent, pleasant bitterness. The organic ingredients—malts from Hof ten Dormaal, Belgomalt and Mouterij Dingemans, plus organic hops—bring authenticity to the glass. At 8% ABV, PMPRNL is a full-bodied, well-balanced tripel.
