Geillings Alt
Geilings Bräu is a small specialty brewery in Kamp-Lintfort on the Lower Rhine, where beer is brewed at the historic Geilings Hof. Their Alt follows the classical German ale tradition of Düsseldorf: top-fermented and then lagered for clean, refined character.
This Alt displays an amber hue beneath a delicate foam head. The aroma leads with toasted malt and subtle bready notes. On the palate, malt takes centre stage, joined by light caramel sweetness and a medium-high bitterness that remains smooth and well-integrated. The finish is dry and balanced, with lingering notes of toasted caramel.
