The brewery chose the name 'Chameleon' because the character of its small-batch brews can shift with each production cycle. This strong blonde ale at 8.5% combines aroma, bittering and dual-purpose hops for a full, well-rounded flavour. The nose reveals dried apple, hay and bread dough with subtle honey notes. The palate brings lemon, orange, peach and pear with a pleasant floral hop presence and balanced bitterness. The finish is dry and lingering, with a smooth mouthfeel that carries the alcohol warmth gracefully.
