Wild Cherry from De Nachtraafbrouwers is a top-fermented fruit beer with a gently sweet character. The brewery collective achieved a feat of brewing versatility: from a single 2000-liter base batch, they created five distinct fruity variations. This beer draws its identity from 30 kilograms of cherries per 100 liters – a generous fruit inclusion that delivers a distinctly fruity aroma. The palate is balanced and cherry-forward, with notes reminiscent of Belgian cuberdons. The mild sweetness keeps the beer approachable without cloying. At 6.5% ABV, it carries enough body to support the fruit character throughout.
