De Baronnnenlijn from De Koele Brouwer is an ambitious brewing project from Hattem: a single base brew of 2000 litres was split into five distinct fruity variants, realised in collaboration with Brouwerij Brouwersnös in Groenlo. This Quadrupel at 10% ABV is a full-bodied, complex beer with the characteristic warmth and richness the style demands. The name references Hattem's baronial heritage, a Hanseatic town on the IJssel. De Koele Brouwer, founded by local natives Monique and Klaas Koele, is committed to artisanal brewing rooted in local stories and cultural heritage.
