Sinpalsken Donker is a Belgian dark brown ale brewed with top fermentation and bottle conditioning by Brouwerij De Cock in Sint-Pauwels. The brewery carefully selects quality malts—including pilsner, amber, caramel and roast varieties—along with Saaz hops to craft this natural beer. The result is a full-bodied ale with subtle fruit character and restrained bitterness. At 8.5% ABV, it carries good strength without heaviness.
