Bürgerbräu Schinner's unfiltered Kellerbier follows a time-honoured Franconian brewing tradition from Bayreuth. At 5.4% ABV, this lager derives its character from extended cellar aging, where residual yeast creates a full-bodied, velvety-smooth mouthfeel. The beer presents a golden-yellow colour with a fine, persistent head. Aromas of fresh grain and yeast emerge, with a subtle smoky undertone. On the palate, malty sweetness and floral notes are balanced by soft Perle hops and a clean bitterness. The finish is dry and crisp, with lingering complexity from the unfiltered yeast.
