Dubbele Tong from Brouwerij St. Joris is a dark beer brewed with various roasted malts, delivering a distinctive roasted bitterness. This Brabant-style dubbel was born in the medieval cellar of the Boterhal in Breda, where the brewery has been located since 2016. The nose reveals dried red fruit and spiciness with hints of laurel. The palate is spicy and soft, with notes of red fruit and caramel that complement the roasted character of the beer. At 7% alcohol, it offers a full, warming finish.
