Dagaz, named after the rune of the same name from the Elder Futhark, is a dry stout in the spirit of Guinness yet with its own character and approachable low alcohol strength. The name evokes light and daylight, fitting for a beer that is deep black yet accessible. Built on Pilsen and Munich Light malts with Citra and Golding hops, Brouwerij IJssel created a stout that is honest and unpretentious.
